At Doggy Delicious, we want every pup to be wagging their tail with joy. If you or your furry friend are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any included accessories are securely packed inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
